In 2020, I left the automotive industry after a decade. I'd spent ten years problem-solving under pressure, learning how systems work and how to fix them when they don't. That foundation became everything when I started as a general contractor. I did renovation work, built relationships, and listened to homeowners talk about what they actually wanted versus what they'd been offered. By 2023, my father and I built a new shop. That's when custom cabinetry became our focus. We weren't starting from scratch—we had years of construction discipline, attention to detail, and the understanding that every project tells you something about the client if you pay attention.

From listening comes clarity

A homeowner doesn't always know the technical language for what they want. A designer might have a vision that needs structural translation. A contractor needs to know how everything actually fits together on the wall, in the room, in the real world. We've worked with GCs who've learned they can bring us their tricky specifications.
